Refund policy
→ Returns within 14 days of purchase.
→ All products must be in original condition & packaging.
→ Fragrances can be exchanged if not opened.
→ Sale items can only be exchanged.
Returns will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase with the exception of 'sale' items. 'sale items can only be exchanged. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs & duties. If you wish to return an item email us at info@emperorlondon with your email used for your order & order number (e.g EL****). Once your email is received a customer service representative will contact you. Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued through gift cards, which will have validity for 1 year.
IMPORTANT
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Ship your parcel with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our Dubai warehouse. (shipping & duties must be paid by customer). All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
